The hotel had a really relaxed feel - you felt welcome from the moment you walked through the entrance door. Although we only had one evening meal, that one comes highly recommended. Next time we book for the theatre we will be staying in the Broadway Hotel.

Liked: Lovely personal atmosphere.

Good value for money

Liked: It's good value for money, the price was cheap so I wasn't expecting anything nice, but the room was actually nice, spacious, good bathroom.
Disliked: The staff wasn't very friendly

I’d consider a card board...

Liked: I was only staying one night was the highlight of the stay at the broadway hotel!
Disliked: TV not tuned in to any channels, nor could you tune it in! unsecured plug socket, faceplate and back box, sink located in bed room and not bathroom, couldn’t fill the kettle up from the sink as it wouldn’t fit in the sink below the tap, bath panel cracked, over all appearance was poor dated with a few failed modern twists, mattress was like sleeping on a thin piece of cardboard board, two screws left in the wall, maybe from where a picture once was, or had been stollen from, only half the lights in the ceiling fitting actually worked, (and yes I do have light bulb OCD!), bath room only half tiled in the shower area- felt very odd, no toilet roll holder in the bathroom just left on top of the cistern, bath room not very well decorated in a grubby off white (that I assume was white at one stage), no bath mat provided so floor became very wet and slippery after a shower, generally felt a little unclean and certainly uncared for all over - far better places to stay in Llandudno!

Disappointing

Liked: The staffs are friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room doors are not secure, facilities not functioning.

Enjoyable.

Liked: Breakfast was really good. Spacious rooms.
Disliked: The bed was a bit hard if you suffer with your back.

Comfortable for short stay, reasonable...

Liked: Staff were polite and efficient. The cleaning lady we spoke to was lovely. We were there 2 nights and it was a pleasant surprise that the bed was made and bins emptied after the first night. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was quite good. Everywhere was clean and tidy.
Disliked: Bathroom was tired and needs attention/ updating…eg loose tiles around wobbly toilet, no plug in the sink, radiator loose.
