The Broadway Hotel

The hotel had a really relaxed feel - you felt welcome from the moment you walked through the entrance door. Although we only had one evening meal, that one comes highly recommended. Next time we book for the theatre we will be staying in the Broadway Hotel.

Liked: Location was great, short walk from railway station & in the town centre. Also close to the seafront. Good sized room. Hotel seemed to be freshly decorated. Was able to check in early & also leave our suitcase for a few hours before we left Llandudno. Staff very friendly & welcoming.
Disliked: The curtains didn’t close properly, had to improvise to get them to close. Not keen on the English breakfast have a lot better elsewhere. TV picture wasn’t brilliant.

Lower than average stay

Liked: The bed was okay fairly comfortable. The shower was good.
Disliked: The sink was in the wrong place on the wall opposite the bed. There wasn't a mirror above the dressing table. There wasn't a mini fridge. There were no staff at reception and available for emergencies only by phoning a number. The bar was shut early.

Could be so much better

Liked: The location is amazing , the rooms are large and it has a bar. Staff were friendly
Disliked: It is tired, public toilets by the bar are dirty, the rooms are very noisy for both internal hotel noise and external street noise - not great in the early hours TV did not work properly in either of the 2 rooms we booked
