Overall I would stay there again. Loved the room and record player.

Liked: A gem at Queen and Broadview.
Disliked: Rooftop restaurant could be a little more diverse. More food and beer choices would have been appreciated.

Liked: It was dog friendly with a dog park outside. Super comfortable bed and room. The location was great. Breakfast was delicious plus having access to the rooftop bar was a plus.

Don't waste your money

Disliked: I would not recommend this hotel, nor do I think it's worth the money... It's just not a four star hotel. Upon arrival, they were unable to find my booking even though I booked through booking.com and had confirmation. The front desk resolved the issue, but it did make me wonder what would have happened should they not of had a room available. They also requested a credit card upon arrival, taking $100 as a security deposit which will be refunded after checkout. I wasn't aware that this would be required, nor am I happy with it. But the absolute worst part of this hotel, is the noise. Our room was on level six, directly below the rooftop bar. Throughout the night there were tables and chairs being dragged across the floor. Only stopping in the early hours of the morning. Not to mention the lack of soundproofing around the door (you can hear everything in the corridors). We drove seven hours to get here, only to be told our booking didn't exist and then have a poor night sleep. Avoid.

Disliked: The location was too far out from everything.. trams took ages to get anywhere.. ended up using Uber all the time
