You get what you pay for but the staff should cheer up and be more friendly.

Liked: Was reasonably priced; hotel in a good central position.
Disliked: Bit run down and dated; kettle was faulty - kept coming on by itself but never boiled.

Liked: nothing at all
Disliked: it took me over 25 minutes to get through.. what a joke! also when i stayed, sheets absolutely stunk, banging all night, food was crap and staff very stuck up, rude an unpolite!.. never stay here

Disliked: We did not like the fact we were not notified at the point of checking in as there was no heating at all due to a maintenance issue and it was very cold as in our room windows were not great, a barely noticeble breeze was coming in, we were just lucky with the heavy curtains which was blocking it.
