Liked: The staff, the evening meal (chicken in a basket) and the breakfast all excellent and very friendly.

Liked: Location for walking An old favourite inn .Dinner and cooked breakfast were well cooked and presented. Very dog friendly
Disliked: Double room very small , some empty packaging from previous guests found under the table in bedroom.Staff less attentive than than expected at meal times

Brittania Inn, a true lakes...

Liked: Location was super, staff excellent, a true pub experience. People and dogs were super friendly
Disliked: Perhaps the room was a little small but we were staying in a 500 year old building so really not a problem

Liked: This place had a lovely feel to it from the setting to the fabulous staff that were very welcoming and efficient Lovely pub with a hidden back room The food was fabulous
