Liked: Great location.
Disliked: The A/C in the room was not working properly.

I think it’s an ok...

Liked: I liked it was easily accessible to transit- took the bus 992 to and from the airport, literally a 4 minute walk. The trains also.
Disliked: I’m a stickler for clean, and the shower could’ve used a power scrub to get the white back into the tiles. Most of the staff were nice, but one of them didn’t have that hospitality personality. A lot of unhoused people around, but it was expected.

Liked: location was perfect. We were right around the corner - walking distance to the Civic Center. We were there for a playstaff was very nice and helpful. Hotel is clean , modern and not to big. Rooms were great for the price
Disliked: it was just want we needed. No complaints

Liked: Perfect walking location for the civic theater. We were upgraded to a suite and were special guests of the day. Beautiful room with a very comfortable bed.

Liked: The location is great.
Disliked: The room was not serviced. I was told I needed to ask for it to be serviced, so I did that and I asked for the trash to be taken out. The next day, it was not serviced as well. The staff were not surprised and acted as if this was the routine.The beds were uncomfortable as well.
