The Bristol Hotel

Wish I could have stayed longer, to have time to use the restaurant and bar.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff; comfy bed; nice coffee; very good location for shopping, food, art and music.
Disliked: Very small lift.

Ideal for attending concert event at Colston Hall and the Hippodrome. The added bonus of free parking and location near to the quay made it all the better. The quality of the room and the hotel in general was of a high standard and I would definitely stay there again when I next visit Bristol.

Liked: I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was super clean and tidy, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. My room was absolutely perfect — spacious, beautifully decorated, and I had the most stunning view. I had also requested a room with a bath, and it was ready exactly as I asked, which made my stay even more special.As I was visiting the city to celebrate my birthday, I was so touched to find a "Happy Birthday" card, chocolates, and 2 gin waiting for me when I arrived — such a thoughtful and sweet gesture that made me feel truly celebrated. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Liked: The hotel was beautifully decorated, very up market. Bed was lovely and comfortable, loved how we were greeted upon check in with a sample of a cocktail and given an upgrade to our stay. The hotel was a quiet as can be expected in the centre of bristol. Loads of natural light, and the room itself was massive. I had a very comfortable stay.
Disliked: I had a very comfortable stay so these are just what could be better to just take it to the next level, the bathroom was tiny and for what I expected quite poorly designed, with the door hitting the sink behind it. There was no where to sit and do my make up, there was 2 mirrors but no desk to put my make up on, and the lighting was poor near these mirrors. The only thing that let my sleeping down was the pillows, they were gutless and very flat.
