Liked: Friendly and helpful staff; comfy bed; nice coffee; very good location for shopping, food, art and music.
Disliked: Very small lift.

Ideal for attending concert event at Colston Hall and the Hippodrome. The added bonus of free parking and location near to the quay made it all the better. The quality of the room and the hotel in general was of a high standard and I would definitely stay there again when I next visit Bristol.

Disliked: How they didn’t have our room feather free. We had emailed and spoke the day before regarding this!! We were late for dinner as we had to wait for the room to be changed and feather dust to be dispersed. We were not even offered a complementary drink whilst waiting… shame on you Bristol hotel!!

Disliked: Not all guest rooms had air conditioning, as some rooms were fitted with fans.
