Just no sleep
Liked: Hotel was clean
Disliked: Noise from everywhere; creaking ceilings, single pane windows, very rude noisy guests

Disappointing
Liked: Good location
Disliked: Stank of cannabis everywhere on our floor so we had to move upstairs to a much inferior and smaller room.Walls were paper thin so you could hear neighbors from 8 am.

Overpriced
Liked: Good location but expensive for what you get for the money. Paid 237 for 2 x sea view rooms, got rooms overlooking side street and windows so dirty you could barely see out of them! Partner wanted to pay and still 5 days later waiting for the money back from hotel they took off my card which was card to secure room. Also we booked at The Brighton Hotel and 2 days before our stay were informed wed been moved to The Kings Hotel as Brighton Hotel accommodating homeless. My question is why did they let us book it a couple of weeks back. Whole experience expensive and underwhelming! Positives were nice bar downstairs and room was clean.
