Liked: Very convenient location comfortable & spacious room.
Disliked: Food and menu not as good as previous stay & waiting staff not very attentive .

Recommended as well run hotel...

Liked: Comfortable bed, reasonably spacious, well-equipped room, view of island and river with bird life from window at rear of hotel, good evening meal. Convenient location to use as a base for exploring the area.
Disliked: Small things at breakfast like only milk with ice cubes to put in hot coffee, or fruit salad which only contained chopped apple! Floor of shower in easy access room was a bit slippery, so had to take care.

Liked: Food was excellent The staff were friendly and efficient The garden setting was lovely.Lovely gesture of a free meal to compensate us for an overnight power cut even though it was a problem beyond their control 👍🏼
Disliked: A little lacking in room facilities, very little storage, no fridge or safe.Would have been helpful to mention on the website that there was a hairdryer...took my own only to find one in the drawer on arrival... 🤦🏼‍♀️

Liked: It’s just such a lovely outlook, the rooms are basic but so clean and have everything you need.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The Staff. The dinner, breakfast and sandwiches at lunchtime. The room. The comfortable beds.

Superb

Liked: Staff very friendly & helpful. Food was good, views were very relaxing overlooking the creeks with ducks paddling around.
Disliked: Maybe a handrail in the bathroom to hold getting out of the bathtub.
