Liked: Clean; friendly; convenient; good food.
Disliked: Hard bed; no air con; kept awake all night by people talking through the night outside the window; another guest stuck his head out of the window around 4.00 a.m asking them to shut up.

Liked: Loved the location. Lots of free parking. My husband said fantastic breakfast. I don’t eat breakfast. Good size room. Lovely shower. Hot chocolate and teas and coffee in room. Fridge with milk and lots of extras. They were a bit pricy. We took our own wine etc for room. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely walk from chertsey bridge to shepperton, about 2 miles. Lovely ferry cafe by lock.
Disliked: Didn’t like the surprise of £20 per night for the dog. Doesn’t say on booking. Com. Does on their online booking if booking direct with them. I think that is excessive. Have paid £20 for a whole stay at other hotels. They do supply dog bowls, bed and a box of treats, poo bags, t-bag that I’ve never heard of before for a dog. I would prefer not to have all of that and pay less each night as my dog likes her own bed, bowls etc.

Liked: Loved the rooms.
Disliked: The staff in the morning were not great. No personality or people skills. Evening staff were definitely better, the lovely mixed race man was very pleasant and great people skills.
