Incredible staff great grub!

Liked: Staff are amazing nothing too much trouble, food also excellent.Rooms are comfortable and lots of parking.
Disliked: Rooms are a bit dated

Overall was a nice stay

Liked: Lovely location and the room was clean and set up for our baby and the fuss was nice.
Disliked: One member of staff at breakfast and she did note come across as friendly or polite. I asked if there was a high chair available or when I could get one and the lady huffed and told me to wait. She sorted a few other people then said aren’t you sitting down, what are you waiting for to which I replied, a high chair. She again said hold on and sorted a few more people out and we eventually got the high chair. It wasn’t clear how to get tea/coffee and with the woman’s touchy attitude people she was getting more frustrated with people asking questions like the plates had ran out, breakfast items had ran out, no cups, bread ran out, it felt like an inconvenience asking for these things to be topped up.

Liked: The staff were all delightful...a right Yorkshire welcome! Dinner and breakfast were very good and it was great value for money.
Disliked: Some areas of paint work were a little tired and the outside of the rear of the hotel was untidy and grubby....it wouldn't take long to clean that all up!
