Over all it’s very friendly...

Liked: Breakfast was good , evening meal very good very dog friendly , very friendly staff a a good location
Disliked: The hotel in general was good , but it needs a bit of an update especially in the bath room , I’m not great on my feet, and stepping into the bath to have a shower and getting out was a ordeal and for fear of slipping over , not really a hotel for people with disabilities, but very clean and comfortable beds

Exceptional

Liked: One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in (and due to the nature of my work, I have stayed in a lot!) Spacious room with loads of storage space and a large bathroom; extremely comfortable large bed; opening windows; friendly, helpful staff. I now need a reason to revisit the area and book the Brickwall Hotel again!
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Liked: Breakfast good, teapot should have been refilled.Dinner was not so good, roast potatoes still little undercooked and far too big. Slimline tonic was warm, not from fridge.
Disliked: Mattress very hard, had requested twin room but given superKing one, duvet extremely heavy . Bathroom in need of makeover.

Poor

Liked: The Room size and the breakfast, very rich and with a very good variety.
Disliked: The initial room assigned to my daughter was quite dated and had a strong moldy odor. The floor was in a state of disrepair, and the bed was not clean; we even discovered some hairs and signs of uncleanliness. It was impossible to breathe, so we requested a different room.
