Lovely and peaceful

Liked: Breakfast was exceptional and the location was good.
Disliked: Rooms were dated and could do with a makeover. The quality of the bathroom suite also dated.

Liked: Bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The food was so nice breakfast and dinner .. the staff were so lovely and happy all the time

Pleasant, comfortable stay.

Liked: Nice village location, pleasant attentive staff, comfortable bed, good wifi.
Disliked: Didn't like would be too strong but I felt the decor could do with being updated as a little tired in places, I would have preferred a room with a shower than a bath.

Liked: The hotel is attractive and in a lovely position in Sedlescombe.
Disliked: The drinks terrace was in the shade.I enjoyed a bath, but some would be disappointed with just shower over bath.

Liked: Food was excelent.
Disliked: Hot water is a bit slow to arrive at the tap and shower. Menu might be a bit repetative if staying for a longer period, although the vegatables varied and were very well cooked.

Disliked: Basic room that is now very dated.Can hear other guests as walls thin.
