Liked: The staff were lovely, very helpful. It’s in a good location which is very close to Wembley and the ovo arena
Disliked: The property is a bit of a walk from any shops or anything like that and a bit of a walk from the tube

Liked: Our host was super accommodating and explained everything and even gave recommendations for places to see. Brilliant if seeing a concert at Wembley ovo as its a 10 minute ride away

Liked: A friend and I bought tickets to a match at Wembley last minute and needed close accommodation. This was the only place close by that wasn't expensive, so I wasn't expecting as much. I ended up being more than impressed. Keeping in mind that it's not a 5-star hotel, you can't beat the value for money here. I had lost my passport and phone charger just before getting here, and the man working the counter helped both to make the journey less stressful and gave us tips to get to the stadium in time for the match that was starting in 45 minutes. The individual was an absolute gem of a human being who seemed truly genuine.

Liked: Spotless, spacious rooms. Andy was great at reception and an absolute gentleman. Any info needed he either provided or went and got it for me. It was my first time in London and Andy made it easy for me

Liked: We had an exciting and enjoyable weekend, the welcome at the hotel was superb and the staff couldn't be more helpful.The room and bed was comfortable and well appointed. The sheets and towels where lovely and clean.
Disliked: Not the hotels fault but the Metropolitan line was shutdown on the Saturday and Sunday with no forward warning and no posters explaining how and where to get alternative transport. We where left to find our own way by bus and alternative tube lines. Fortunately we met some helpful and friendly locals who guided us to the town and back.

Liked: Quiet location, clean and tidy. Great shower. Andy was very helpful and gave good advice of how to travel around and where to go for food and drink.
Disliked: The only thing I can fault from my short stay and it’s a petty one but I find it difficult to sleep with light around and the blinds let too much light in the room. I will remember a sleep mask next time.
