Beautiful, serene stay around the...

Liked: beautiful property - very private in the heart of palm beach - around the corner from le bar and a short walk to worth st - great pool and comfortable rooms - good alternative to the four seasons or the breakers
Disliked: items inside the hotel were overpriced - $10 for a coffee, $17 for a smoothie, etc.

Disliked: Air conditioning malfunction No hot water in first room Front entrance needs a ramp Front desk staff (some)Courtesy car has limited radius of service however I was told before I checked in to the hotel that the service is for the island They did honor the requests I made however

Needs an update badly

Liked: Location is superb.
Disliked: First room was not as described in the booking. Small and in disrepair. Replacement room had broken lock, lightbulbs burnt out and a/c leaked.
