Charming hotel with great location...

Liked: Cafe Boulud staff and food excellent
Disliked: Air conditioning malfunction No hot water in first room Front entrance needs a ramp Front desk staff (some)Courtesy car has limited radius of service however I was told before I checked in to the hotel that the service is for the island They did honor the requests I made however

Needs an update badly

Liked: Location is superb.
Disliked: First room was not as described in the booking. Small and in disrepair. Replacement room had broken lock, lightbulbs burnt out and a/c leaked.

Perfect staff, food and courtyard...

Liked: The court yard is serene and beautiful. What could be better than dinner under the stars? Rooms are comfortable and peaceful. Everyone on the property is friendly, professional and fantastic in every way!
Disliked: The outdoor chairs should have straight backs. I am short and petite and my friend tall and neither of us were very comfortable in them. i noticed all women were unable to sit back in the chairs. Price for a basic breakfast like yogurt and granola could be less pricey. Coffee is good.
