Fantastic Exoerience!

Liked: Quiet and as close as you can get to the parks without staying in them. Connie, the owner, is an amazing woman who has seen it all. She’s even a hang glider pilot. Went out of her way to show us how to make the most of our 2 days at the parks. The breakfast was good with fresh biscuits made that morning. We had fresh peaches for breakfast every morning picked from the tree in her garden. She even let us pick some to take with us when we left. We had breakfast with families and couples from Australia, Korea, Spain, Germany and other Switzerland. A fantastic experience!
Disliked: The TV in our room needed to be mounted in front of the bed. It was in a cabinet on the side and was unusable.

Ranch, welcoming host, fabulous breakfast...

Liked: We have enjoyed the stay very much - the best stay experience while touring the parks. Our host Connie was very welcoming and made for us amazing breakfast feast! Watching hummingbirds while learning about the neighbourhood farming and life at the ranch was the highlight of our trip.
Disliked: We enjoyed our stay very much.

A warm home for the...

Liked: Our stay at Branded Calf really exceeded my expectation. The house is neatly decorated, with books, games, tour guides set in the living room. The bedroom is spacious, with large bathroom. Every room is very clean. Connie made wonderful breakfast, coffee, pancakes, biscuit, mixed fruit, everything is totally fresh. The bonus for our stay is to see many humming birds in the yard.

Liked: Host Connie and her B&B The Branded Calf is truly unique. You stay together with the host and other guests in the spacious ranch house, with access to the living room and kitchen (there’s even a pool table you’re free to use). Two restaurants are located nearby. Connie serves a delicious breakfast and shares plenty of helpful information about the ranch, the local area, and the nearby parks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend The Branded Calf.

Liked: Nice bed and breakfast with clean rooms. Connie is awesome. She is very hospitable. She make great breakfast and shares lots of info about the national parks.

Liked: Felt like being home, beautiful quiet location close to Sequoia and Kings Canyon N.P. Friendly dogs followed us on our walks, host Conny cooked delicious breakfasts which we enjoyed in lovely company with the other guests
