Great value for the money...
Liked: Honestly, as an LGBTQ+ community member, the location was the greatest part about this hotel. We loved being in walking distance to so many LGBTQ friendly businesses/bars/restaurants. Convenient walks to the Train, buses, and downtown. Check-in was easy as we did the pre-check-in prior to arrival. We got our access codes early and had no issues accessing the hotel or our room after we arrived after midnight using the codes for the front door and our room. I did chat about a question and received a timely and professional response. We loved the Italian shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower (no bad ingredients like American products). We didn't use them, but we liked that they had a few luggage storage lockers. I also like that they had water stations and toiletry refill stations on every floor. The common room on the first level was also very nice.
Disliked: The listing here on Booking.com says "Shower or tub", I even requested a room with a tub and also inquired about a late check-in. I just got a response confirming my request, but turns out they were only responding to my inquiry about late check-in but not the tub/shower. They only have showers, so I was hoping to request that the hotel or Booking.com update that detail on this listing- as of 5/7/25 it still says "Shower or tub". There was no staff that I recall seeing, so I really don't know if the staff is good or not. Our TV was not connected to the internet upon arrival. It just would not connect. I was able to chat and get IT help. If you're looking for a spacious room, this is not the hotel for you. You'd have to go down to the common lounge to sit not on your bed. The toilet/shower situation would be strange if not travelling with a spouse. You can definitely hear everything going on in the toilet room- the fan for the toilet is the fan above the shower, so there was a rectangular opening near the top of the toilet room for air from the toilet room to escape to the fan above the shower.

Overall it was what we...
Liked: Close to Train station was good, and between where we wanted to go and where we came from.
Disliked: Toilet was blocked. Had to use other toilet when we paid for a room with a bathroom.

Reasonable stay. Good rooms, varying...
Liked: Everything about the stay itself was fine. Staff were friendly when around.
Disliked: Didn't know about the existence of a service elevator until second time I stayed. Not exactly easy hauling baggage/suitcases up stairs if you are not on the ground floor.

Cramped room but overall satisfactory...
Liked: Overall reasonable value for the price in Capitol Hill area , reasonably well located for access to downtown Seattle, Pike Place etc. Room is tiny & cramped - with no real space to comfortably place suitcases or any chairs etc, However staff are helpful (via chat) & help to make the stay comfortable within the room constraints.
Disliked: Shower area is open with just a shower curtain - virtually adjoining the bed. So privacy can be an issue + have to be careful to avoid getting the floors wet. Some ground floor rooms have windows opening on to the street so can be little noisy at times.
