Convenient stay in Greenpoint

Liked: Good position for us. Staff friendly.
Disliked: Room service was patchy. Often forgot to refresh tea bags; Had to ask for bed change, paper cups and wooden sticks to drink tea!

Disliked: Bed was like an army cot. Staff didn’t care. Asked to speak with the manager twice. He/she never bothered to call me back.

Our choice whenever we are...

Liked: Fantastic breakfast! Nice location, just over the bridge to the metro station that takes you to Times Square. Free street parking around the hotel. High ceilings in the rooms, plenty of mirrors, and other deco. Slept like a baby (maybe also because of the long NYC days)
Disliked: A bit pricey.
