Liked: Best mattress and pillows we’ve had since arriving in Oz a couple of weeks ago, great nights sleep. Staff were lovely too.
Disliked: The cups in the room were a little small

A gorgeous hotel stay …....

Liked: The room was beautifully decorated. Very simple, clean lines which I love. The bed was so comfortable and the room was cleaned everyday.
Disliked: The only problem was that the walls are quite thin and we could hear the baby crying next door.

Liked: Customer service was amazing, such beautiful rooms and the bed is super comfy. Loved being able to swim in the heated pool in winter and drink cocktails by the pool. Perfect location and we loved being able to use the bikes to ride into town! Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Byron
Disliked: Nothing we loved it! Only minor thing is the key to get into the room was extremely difficult to work out how to unlock the door but not a big issue!

Liked: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, they took the time to get to know us and make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed! The rooms were stunning and were very comfortable and clean. The location was also perfect!
Disliked: Loved everything!
