The place to be
Liked: Very cool place, very well located, I really love these neighborhood.Staff super cool and very attentive.The breakfast was really good, as well as the cocktails (big up for the Charlotte cocktail)

Perfect for club goers!
Liked: Huge room and very trendy
Disliked: You could hear the vibrations through the pillow when you try to sleep (even when you wear the earphones they provide - red flag!) and the single pane glass makes it even easier to hear what everyone's saying outside the club and what songs are playing. It's perfect for when the music stops at 4am and all you have to do is go next door to get to your room. The crowds outside after the 4am kick out went quiet at 5am. Be very mindful when booking this hotel.

Classy, delicious and very comfortable!
Liked: We stayed in the loft complex. It was heaven, beautifully decorated and very classy. Had an exceptional time, great design books everywhere to read over coffee. Lush bed!
Disliked: How much I liked the property as this means next time we rerun, I will have to book the duplex loft again!

Disliked: Shocking Lack of Hygiene and AccountabilityI’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this last experience was deeply disappointing. I checked in late and went straight to bed. The next morning, I discovered that the sheets were visibly stained with feces.I immediately called reception. The response? A casual “sorry about that.” I raised the issue with management, expecting a 5-star hotel to take this seriously. They chose to do nothing no apology beyond the initial call, no room change, no compensation, no explanation.For a hotel of this supposed caliber, the lack of basic hygiene and complete disregard for guest wellbeing is unacceptable.I won’t be returning, and I would strongly caution others before booking.
