Liked: Nice staff and nice large rooms. Nice game area for sitting with friends. Great listening to creek water flow outside.
Disliked: We were hikers and need to leave first thing in the morning. Unfortunately this hotel doesn’t start breakfast until 8AM and doesn’t have any coffee until 8AM. When we hiked in Winter Park and stayed at the Best Western they had a great breakfast at 6:15AM and 24 hour coffee. This was great. So if you get an early start there is a breakfast place close that is open, but it is frustrating to pay for a stay with breakfast but have to go somewhere else and pay more to get it.

Liked: Breakfast was great, with lactose free milk! staff was helpful and super friendly. There are personal touches everywhere to make the spot feel more welcoming. The spot was comfortable and really well located to walk everywhere.
Disliked: The hotel is well maintained, but the bed is ready for replacement.

Disliked: My room had a very loud, portable A/C unit that kept turning on and off every few minutes and none of the buttons worked to prevent it from doing that. So it kept waking me up in the middle of the night to the point where I just had to unplug it. Terrible night of sleep because of the cheap A/C unit.
