Disliked: We were charged $20 for a late fee for valet parking although we were there for less than 24 hours - the terms were not explained to us in advance. We disputed the charge but they billed our credit card without authorisation.

Liked: Nice clean room. Great location
Disliked: No water bottles available.. ice maker not working. Was told during call to hotel that valet parking was $62 but once there was told the charge per day was $68 and not $62 per day.

Excellent location

Liked: It was an excellent location. I would definitely stay there again. In walking distance to the aquarium, quincy market restaurants and shops.
Disliked: The staff were nice but not overly friendly. We didn't eat in the hotel but it looked nice. We only had one night .I would definitely stay again

We can't wait to come...

Liked: Our car broke down as we were leaving and George was very helpful. He was able to charge our battery in the sweltering heat and we were able to drive home safely! Thank you George!
