Liked: LocationLobby porters were outstanding
Disliked: Poor coordination among the staff. About to remodel so didn’t put forth efforts for room amenities like sodas, snacks nor did they stock the downstairs lobby.Didn’t feel like anyone cared very much.

Good for purpose - strange...

Liked: I didn't have breakfast. The location was really convenient, being right in the center of downtown Boston, especially for my professional reasons. The room was very spacious, which I come to expect from American hotels BUT did not have a wardrobe which was super weird and quite frustrating to not have a place to hang my clothes.
Disliked: Did not have a wardrobe in the room at all to hang clothes. There was no safe in the hotel room either which meant I needed to hide my valuables and lock my suitcase.

Great time with my son...

Liked: -Proximity to Faneuil Hall and North end.-comfortable bed and pillows.-Free coffee in morning.
Disliked: -Bathroom sink drain broken. Water drained very poorly.-Bathroom too small.
