We booked through ConcertHotels.com and got exactly what we were looking for. Clean, comfortable and short walk to concert at the Garden!
Liked: Easy to valet park car and leave for the night; professional staff; clean and short walking distance to TD Garden and Quincy Market.

Great stay in Boston!
Liked: great location! We love the North End area and this hotel was a short walk away. Convenient to shopping and the T. Cafe Bonjour was the bombdiggity!!!
Disliked: Nightly there were people in the street making a lot of noise, but not the Hotel's fault.

Highly disappointed with this hotel...
Liked: Location was very convenient to access historic sites and restaurants in North end.
Disliked: Service was horrendous. We arrive 20 minutes prior to check-in and the room wasn't ready (which we completely understood) and they took our number down and said we'll give you a call, it should be ready within 20 minutes. Great! My family was tired so I had my sister and mother wait in the lobby while I went to return our rental car - told the desk they would be waiting in the lobby. They waited patiently beyond 3pm and noone had given them any update. At 310 they asked, "rooms not ready yet" was the response. No apology, no explanation. For the next 30 minutes, they watched as 8 parties were checked in and given their rooms. Yes, I understand there are different room types, so I will assume all 8 parties had different room types. But I question that, because a standard double seems, well.. pretty standard. So why are we waiting for 50 minutes when everyone else gets checked in right away? This WHOLE time, no check in with updates, no apologies. Even ignoring her "excuse me?" when they were standing at the desk, within close enough distance to hear her. When my sister politely asked for an update they had the audacity to be annoyed with the follow up. FYI, the "lobby" is next to the check in desk, so it is not likely that they forgot about them (not that that is an acceptable excuse anyway). My sister finally complained about everything after not getting anywhere with request for follow up and expressed why she was upset because they had been sitting in the lobby for OVER AN HOUR at this point. And again all she got was a "rooms not ready, will let you know" response with no apology at all. This is by far the worst and rudest service I've ever experienced. I've stayed at the Millennium in Los Angeles before and had a completely different experience. If you are expecting a level of service you've received at a different location, you probably won't find it here.

Liked: It was extremely quiet. .
Disliked: The website sells this place as more modern and its actually business park and the rooms are not that nice. The furniture is dated and I didnt feel that the price was worth it. Simple things like lamp shades are dated and broken and the balcony is a door. It was disappointing.
