Excellent hotel and location!

Liked: We were very happy with our stay. the staff was friendly and very helpful. the room and location was exceptional! We would stay there again in our next visit.
Disliked: It would have been nice if the hotel had a few more things in their Sundry area. They also did not have a dedicated concierge. But the staff was VERY helpful.

Disappointing and overpriced, but a...

Liked: The hotel is nicely located in proximity to tourist attractions and transport. That's it.
Disliked: There was only one elevator working. As the result, there were huge queues on each floor as elevator kept coming up full. People from other floors boarded the elevator coming up. There were already 3 groups of people in the queue when we came to the elevator. After 10-15 minute of waiting in the queue, I started to feel uncomfortable and trapped in the building, so I wanted to leave the building and decided to use stairs.It turned out that there are no non-emergency stairs in the building. It was not obvious at first when I walked down the stairs, but eventually the stairs led to the emergency fire escape to the refuse behind the building and the door said "emergency only, alarm will sound". So, there was no way to get to the lobby without triggering a fire alarm. Though, I felt quite uncomfortable by that time, so I pushed the door and alarm in fact did not sound. Right behind the fire door, there was another metal guard door blocking the fire exit, and it was VERY hard to open it, it was just stuck. As a 75kg (165lb) man, I had to take a few steps back and literally slam the door with my shoulder while pushing the push bar. If there was an actual fire and there were kids or weaker people, then it would lead to tragic results and there wouldn't even be an alarm!Please. Make. Human-accessible. Stairs. If your building is just 6-floor high, there is no point in making everyone use elevators - many people would prefer to walk a floor or two. Especially when you don't have enough elevators for everyone.Also, check your fire escapes for accessibility.Also, the hotel is not worth its money. There were long queues on the reception. During the check-in process they ask you to upload your ID documents to some 3rd party online service. There is no pool and no other amenities, so if you're staying in the city as a tourist, it's too much for literally a bed.

Will not return. Service very...

Liked: Location was amazing. Very busy and safe area in the middle of a lot of attractions. Appreciated the balcony and the view of the customs house and Faneuil Hall. Valet parking was very helpful for our stay.
Disliked: Service was very poor and aggressive. Our stay was sub par for the price paid. Anyone staying here should know this place is run down and short staffed. It shows in appearances and the attitudes of the staff. The bedding had stains, the bathroom had splashes on walls, no fridge in room, and no microwave in room. In specific, we asked for our room to be cleaned and the response was a flat out "no". They said they were understaffed. As such, I had to fight to remove the $25/day service fee for enhanced cleaning. When doing so the front desk personnel tried to argue the fee was warranted. Ultimately it was taken off. If the hotel had been cheaper we wouldn't have arrived with any expectations.
