Disliked: Parking is extra.

We booked through ConcertHotels.com and got exactly what we were looking for. Clean, comfortable and short walk to concert at the Garden!
Liked: Easy to valet park car and leave for the night; professional staff; clean and short walking distance to TD Garden and Quincy Market.

Great for what we needed.
Liked: Loved the location!
Disliked: Only thing I didn?t like was all the construction going on right outside our window. This is out of the hotels hands though it made for some very early wake up times.

Will never stay there again
Disliked: No bathrobe as stated on site. Had water dripping into room from ceiling. When maintenance checked it he actually first suggested we remain in room or we could change room if we preferred. We changed rooms. Was put in a room without the amenities of the first room and shower had no water pressure.

The only thing good about...
Liked: Front desk staff
Disliked: Construction outside, 3am wake up. No amenities. No ice! Had to call front desk and WAIT for ice. Surly person delivered ice and coffee but dropped bags of coffee on floor. Did not attempt to pick them up. $25 resort fee. For what?

Liked: The location of the hotel was perfect and the beds were comfortable but unfortunately that is where the good ends.
Disliked: We arrived to the hotel late Friday, 10/9 around 1 AM. We were exhausted from our trip up and late arrival. We traveled here as a group of 9, 8 adults and 1 child. Around 1:30 AM as we were settling for the night we were disrupted by a large group of people outside our balcony along with a guy blasting music outside from a car stopped. We called the front desk, no one answered so my fiance had to run down to let them know. Unfortunately this hotel has no security which we later found out and there are these classic Boston alleyways that surround the hotel which without security are not a good idea. I wish this was the end of our troubles but it does not stop there. The following day around 3 PM in the afternoon, there is an alley, Scott Alley which again is open to everyone and not monitored by the hotel yet they have glass panels throughout the hotel which look directly into the alley from above. We were on the 2nd floor heading to our room with my fiance, parents and 9 year old child as our room overlooks directly into Scott Alley when we all, INCLUDING THE CHILD witnessed a woman being injected in the neck with heroin as she's screaming IT FEELS SO GOOD. We evidence of this absolutely disturbing scene that went on, on our phones. This couple seems to frequent that alley as they later returned in the night. The child was traumatized as were we as adults to what she saw and when she later heard the woman and man return. My Mother in law let the front desk know and when they went out there the couple had left as they were coming and going. We were absolutely horrified that the hotel has no security and does not monitor these alleyways that their rooms directly look into. We were so happy it was our last night there and we will never be returning.
