Not the best stay due...

Liked: The location I guess was the best part about our stay, there was lots nearby as far as food/restaurants.
Disliked: The room was stupid hot (AC was not on before we arrived) so the room took forever to cool down. The floors were filthy (we wiped them down with towels that turned black from the dirt), there was bugs, the condition of the rooms were just old and falling apart. :( We had to change rooms the 2nd day due to the hot tub not draining. While switching our stuff to the new room, we were made to feel like it was our fault for the move and were told "time is of the essence" as we were literally running our things back and forth. When really our money was of the essence! LOL never experienced anything like that before. Then once we got to the new room with the working hot tub...it only had 1 day of working hot water. So we had cold water for the tub and shower the rest of the stay. :P Would not recommend this place at all unfortunately. YIKES!

Disliked: Nasty, smelled like smoke, got worse as the night progressed. Cigarette and marijuana smoke. No toilet paper in room. Towels smelled like an ashtray. Because I had a service animal I was place in the back section. Seems people live there full time. Broken down cars in parking lot. No pool as advertised. Half of the lights in the room didn't work.

Liked: Stayed here last year, vast improvement over last year. It was a comfortable room, clean and staff were friendly. We'll stay here again.
Disliked: Just wondering about the pool. If they use it in summer?

bedbugs, false advertising, and they...

Disliked: everything, the receptionist kept pushing me to sleep with my friend in a queen or king bed. I booked a double bed and they said they're all under maintenance and unavailable. WHY ADVERTISE THAT YOU HAVE IT AVAILABLE?!! The room he said was available that I booked had a hole straight through the door, had a whole bedbugs infestation in the beds, reeked of animals, and on top of it had people screaming outside the room. we came back and he told us that the room was also under maintenance. AND STILL tried to suggest that I sleep with my friend in one bed. we were disgusted and appalled. never again.

Disliked: Kids screaming in front of door.Playing around car.Noise every 40 min from other room. knocking on our 2am found 3 men walking past room.whole complex looked like from 70's or army housing complex and family's with kids living there.pictures sitting on floor whole place needs cleaned and redone
