Superb

Cool room soft beds

Liked: Comfortable beds and efficient bathroom. The personless check-in was clear. Even though there was music on the ground floor, our room (2nd floor) was reasonably quiet. Exceptional airconditioning, worked like a charm in 30 C degree weather.
Disliked: The pillows were a bit stiff. Good to know that the stairs are a bit steep (not a problem for us with our backpack).

Disliked: Well very very noisy , and i mean very noisy loud in and out ! You can hear everything from outside the room , loud people inside and outside from all the area!!!!You can hear the other toilets running and the room is very very very small You can barley walk around the bed and room it self! What you see on the pictures is not what you get when you open the door !

Enjoyed every minute in Amsterdam....

Liked: Location was very central and near Restaurants, tram across the street. Hannah was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: No Lift, room was small.

Disappointing

Disliked: I think there needs to be better security on the front door this is due to the area being very busy one night we got followed back to the apartment and luckily we are both strong girls and managed to hold the door shut but this guy got half of his body in, this should not be happening there needs to be better security.

Exceptional

Liked: It was bang in the middle of the square, great for bars restaurants and trams
Disliked: The room was really hot and the tiles on the floor in the shower aren't none slip so nearly fell over
