Very good

Liked: Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Breakfast was good, with both hot and cold options and good selection.
Disliked: Double glazing on windows to reduce noise from pub across the street.

Pleasant stat

Liked: Bed was comfy and room was clean
Disliked: Bar facilities were very poor

Good hotel

Liked: Used it as a stop for a weekend break to Thorpe Park, didn’t really explore the town but lovely hotel and restaurant/Indian and the staff were excellent. Including posting lost items to our home very efficiently. Can’t remember the guys name but he ran the restaurant in the evening and reception, was very polite, including running our uber eats delivery to the door - which wasn’t asked of him at all and rather a professionalism of not wanting the uber driver to poke around the hotel.

Liked: The room was quiet and comfortable, the staff were friendly and great at organising taxis for us. Cooked breakfast was good and very filling!
Disliked: Dining room needs to be improved.Disappointed there wasn't much choice of cereals, breads and fruit at breafast.

Great location needs a bit...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: I could hear everything in the room next door (including them using the toilet and then flushing!) the bathroom was dirty with a lot of mould around the corners of the tiles and the edge of the shower and was just overall dated.

Exceptional

Very comfortable and relaxing, enjoyable...

Liked: Overall a very good experience and would definitely stay again. The location is excellent on the side of the river Thames and stains itself as an excellent shopping centre which caters for everybody.

Liked: Bed was very uncomfortable.
