Disastrous

Disliked: This property is in a state of disrepair, it is not inhabitable. It is unclean, and areas are unsafe. The entire caravan is tired and worn. Fixtures and fittings are broken. The outside is like a builders yard. We were unable to stay it was that bad. We intend to complain and seek a full refund.
