Disliked: The beds were cheap and uncomfortable it states it’s close to universal they don’t offer a shuttle and we ended up paying for parking at the park which was the only reason we picked the hotel to not pay for parking… it parking lot is small they make you pay for parking and the rooms are big just not what the pictures looked like online at all a cheaper upgrade motel 6 is all I can say.. the staff was not very helpful or did they offer us resources for universal studios which is the only reason we stayed because it was advised close to the park and university city themes not the case

Excellent location, clean and comfortable.

Liked: Brilliant location for Universal, Clean and the rooms were large with a small kitchen. Staff were very accommodating and when we had a small issue with our room were very quick to rectify the issue.
Disliked: The pool was not heated (heating was broken) and was located with the car park not very bright and feels like an after thought.
