Disliked: Put on the 3rd floor lift not working.Disabled toilet on the ground floor needs to be cleaned and painted.

prefer premier Inn.
Liked: staff brilliant.breakfast very good. Bed excellent.
Disliked: General shabbiness everywhere. Stairs hallways needed hooovering. Bedroom carpet grubby. Horrible highly perfumed plug ins in hallways.

Nice hotel but noisy guests
Liked: Helpful staff. Breakfast really nice and reasonably priced.
Disliked: Very noisy guests in 2 neighbouring rooms, banging doors and loud music from 4.30am. No in room phone to report
