Liked: Staff always happy to help, very friendly.Location excellent, rooms clean and fresh always.I have stayed here several times, when in Pontypridd will always try and get a room here. So I throughly recommend.Debbie

Liked: Love this hotel stayed there many times.my only complained is the noise this time from outside until early hours morning it was comeing from the bar up the street must say it was really bad.bur I love this hotel and staff are amazing. Lots love Debbie mackey.

Great stay before a business...

Liked: Lovely building and great rooms, the breakfast choice was fantastic and very reasonably priced. Staff were attentive and check in was easy
Disliked: The lifts were out of order which meant a long walk up 3 flights of stairs.No food in the restaurant on a Monday night but their sister property Alfred’s was excellent especially for seafood.
