If you are going to be close by I highly recommend the Blue Heron Inn.

Wonderful stay, very informative staff...

Liked: Wonderful restaurant and bar on the water
Disliked: Restaurant and bar closed early during peak summer nights

Exceptional

Liked: i loved the scenery, the food and the pontoon boat ride was excellent. we plan to come back in the fall.
Disliked: the mattress was lumpy and the shower didn't have much pressure.

Good

Liked: The view was good.
Disliked: One lady at front desk was rude. Our hall way had a weird smell. The parking for guests was horrible because the public has access to the hotel restaurant. Which isn't a bad thing but they took all the parking spots. And for people who actually stayed there carrying our stuff to our room was a challenge.
