Liked: Room was cool to temp and the bed was really comfortable.
Disliked: The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall/drywall and it needed a new shower head in our room. No water pressure.

Pleasant

Disliked: You need a policy on dogs. A dog on a very long lease jumped up on my granddaughter and scratched her check. Then the manager would not give me the dogs owners name. I'm still upset about that.

Clean and a great value.

Liked: The lobby decor was beautiful. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were attentive and accommodating. I asked for a hairdryer because ours was broken and she helped me right away.
Disliked: Bad water pressure in the shower. The beds are way too lumpy with no support. The room was smaller and I paid for Queen Deluxe. We were right next to the back door and were woke up every time it opened and closed.

Liked: Breakfast is awesome and goes until 10am. Nice sitting area in the lobby. Very aesthetically decorated. The room was cozy and had everything we needed. Very clean. Seems newly renovated.

Decent accommodations in a good...

Liked: Staff was responsive to a noise issue that came up my first night and corrected it. Facility is geared more towards a "hip" vibe and that was nice. And the coffee machine was a hit, as I had read in other reviews.
Disliked: Room was a bit small and bland. More art would have helped and maybe some ambient lighting. I know it's difficult to vary the b-fast main courses, but maybe. worth a try.

Very satisfied and good value...

Liked: The room was very well appointed and a very good value. The staff was all very friendly and helpful!!!
Disliked: It was VERY windy when we were there, and the window would not shut completely...we used the ear plugs (not sure why they were provided because it was not loud) to squeeze the window fully shut.
