Good

Liked: The hotel itself was beautiful. The room was huge and clean and very updated. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The noise level was terrible. The walls must be very thin because you could hear everything. The people above you, around you. The people outside. It was loud. Also, the hotel charges a separate fee of $300 to your credit card for incidentals. This is not disclosed anywhere at the booking - considering the onsite restaurant is only open from 5-9 and there is no breakfast served at all - this is ridiculous.

Nice moderne hotel but not...

Liked: Nice moderne hotel. Stylish decoration of room
Disliked: Kitchenette pretty much useless. Not really possible do do any food in the room apart take aways. No toaster.

Good, but could have been...

Liked: Lobby very nicely laid out. Room was nice.
Disliked: The greeting at the lobby was very random when checking in. Seemed my booking had come through as ambiguous name - not my fault - but it felt very much like my fault. Strange but could have been handled better. It was almost embarrassing Room was nice but very very cold temp on entering. Also, room was very very sparse. Felt uninviting. Not a great view for the price. Could have reviewed this a little on check in

Broken AC made for a...

Liked: Stylish rooms, clean, with good design and decently sized. Lobby was large with a nice ground floor restaurant. Our car was very close at hand for a quick retrieval.
Disliked: Room AC was broken and the room was absolutely sweltering all night. It was also noisy and made a regular thumping sound, like someone was dropping a big box on the floor again and again.No assistance with baggage by valet or hotel staff, despite one of our party being in a wheelchair. They just gave us a cart and left us to our own devices.Bottled water was $3 each, where many places we've stayed at a similar price point offer free water (especially in summer!).
