Great location, small but nice...

Liked: Great location, just 10 mins walk from Victoria Station. Room was small, but nice, and Beds were comfortable. Air con worked well. Staff were friendly enough.

Disliked: It was smelling sewage in my room because of some pipe issue. I was offer a spray as a remedyThe walls were paper thin and I could hear the conversation of the people in the room next to meNo clothes ironing in the room and best, no chair to sit at the desk in the room, so if you work, you have to take your calls from your bed (no common areas either) Staff not friendly and still the ridiculous 5 pounds fee to keep bags after checkout, but the bags are not even locked, they just sit in the reception hall

High end hotel, not the...

Liked: The hotel was quiet and close to Victoria. The bathroom was really good. The shower choice and the use of wash etc. the bed was comfortable. It had everything you need.
Disliked: A chair in the room. It was rather compact.

A great London stay for...

Liked: The room was neat, well sized for London and had AC, the shower was great too.
Disliked: The shelves were unfortunately a little dusty.

Disliked: Staff are abrupt & tried to charge us £5 per bag after we checked out to hold it as our train was later on. However it was in cash which was unusual but when we left they didn't. Seemed suspicious as last time we stayed they didn't do this.
