Very good

Liked: A very warm welcome from Lionel. Very helpful and gave us good points for visiting the city. Loved the retro building. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Liked: Second time I stayed here this yearLocation is excellent Staff were helpful and friendly Breakfast was very nice with a good selection of food Coffee was very nice from the coffee machine
Disliked: Used the garage storage here, as was travelling by bicycle with group friends.The individual garages don't lock but are behind a large security door, probs with cameras..!!Assumed door was closed over night. Had no issues but suggest good bike locks.Did wonder why there was a kettle and cups but no coffee or tea bags.

Liked: generally thigs are good and well located hotel, there are shopping center and transport close to hotel. parking is good and under hotel and direct link with hotel
Disliked: There was no cleaning, change of towels etc during my stay. When I asked reception, they informed me that, We are green hotel and if you need cleaning, towel changes etc, you should inform us but this detail was not communicated to us during check in and at the end our rooms were not cleaned and towel was not changed etc.

Exceptional

Liked: Lovely staff from check in, giving dinner reservations, directions, aided in booking a taxi for an early morning departure, to just casual conversation

Liked: The shower was as good as they get; breakfast was as relaxed and diverse as could be expected; Valentina, on reception, was effective, calm and efficient helping resolve a disaster caused by a supplemental booking fir the wrong year.
Disliked: There was nowhere to hang a wet towel and expect it to dry, unless you used imagination. The right hand window was very tricky to close.

Great little find

Liked: The room was spacious and very clean. We were in the family room. Breakfast was nice. Hotel was in the heart of the historic center. Great find
Disliked: If you have mobility issues then this hotel may not be for you unless you get ground floor as the stairs are steep. No air-conditioning in the room so it was roasting

Enjoyable stay.

Liked: The room was a great size for the three of us. Everything was excellent, making for a good night.The location is ideal for everything. Good car park facilities.
Disliked: The stairs are a little scary as they are very narrow.
