Liked: Canterbury was beautiful
Disliked: The shower was very small for my partner he is 6.5 he hit his head and burt his side on the shower pipe We could smell smoke even though there was no smoking the noise was terrible inside and out And I only see member of staff on arrival that was it

Great location and good value.

Liked: Good location and free parking available nearby.Good breakfast and service.
Disliked: We were on the roof of the house - so a bit cramped for tall people and hot in summer.No real vegan breakfast option. They did have milk alternatives, but no alternative to butter - a packet of vegan sausages in the freezer and flora in the fridge doesn't seem like a big expense or financial risk.

Liked: Location is excellent, breakfast very good, ease of access
Disliked: We had a great stay 3 yrs ago but in the occasion had the top floor attic roomVery hot with a v small fan, and this wasn’t at the hottest time this summerMain complaint is no lighting in the very small bathroom and we could not get the shower to workThis particular room is more suited to shorter guests !

Great place to stay!

Liked: The whole experience from booking to leaving was very good indeed. No lack of communication whatsoever and any queries answered immediately. Great location, Canterbury is great to look around , free parking on street close to or even outside if you can work around the restrictions and permit times. Easy process to follow on getting the key. Would stay again.
Disliked: Nothing, can't fault it for the price.

Lovely city, great staff and...

Liked: There was lots to like. Quirky and lovely staff. The garden was delightful too.
Disliked: We had booked for two adults but the bedroom and bed was a single, so a little squashed!

Liked: It hotel is peaceful and quiet, I was never disturbed by any type of noise. The breakfast was traditional and well cooked.
Disliked: The toaster should be positioned away from the kettle for safety reasons.
