A really most enjoyable stay...

Liked: Reception was great with very helpful staff.Room accommodation was good, clean and comfortable, with car parking just outside our room.We ate at the restaurant and were amazed at its size all tables set up in small seperate areas. The food was interesting and excellent.
Disliked: Nothing

Nice, comfortable and pleasant

Liked: We didn’t have breakfast just stayed the night comfort able stay
Disliked: Not enough milks and sugar condiments available had to get some more

Shocking service !!

Liked: Lunch service was appalling, arrived at 1:30pm didn’t get any food until 2:30pm despite pub being only third full.Chips were disgusting literally dripping in fat !Breakfast was good and service was quick.Great location very close to Leeds castle for concert, but property let itself down on above areas.
Disliked: Much more attentive staff over lunch, we were served drinks then saw no one for an hour !!

Liked: rooms always really clean. nice quiet site. lovely pub and restaurant attached.
Disliked: showers and bathrooms need updating really. but it did all work and was clean and tidy.

Disliked: Waiting over an hour for food, which was not the best. Room poor quality mattress and cover. Tap very loose on sink.
