We'll be back!

Liked: We received a very friendly welcome, and although we arrived a little before the appointed time, mine host contacted his staff to ask that our room be readied as soon as possible. We were shown to our room, the suitcase carried there for us, and everything was explained for us, including the operation of the free-standing air conditioning unit.The room was newly decorated, the bed very comfortable, the en-suite shower room excellent: both it and the bedroom were spotlessly clean.Breakfast was very good, the cooked offering hot and well-prepared, and included in the room price. We also dined at The Black Hat, and can recommend the lamb shank! We will certainly stay here on future visits to Ilkley.
Disliked: Sorry, I've racked my brain, but I cannot find anything about which to complain!

Liked: Pub had an authentic feel & staff were very helpful.
Disliked: The rooms don’t have airconditioning & it was a very warm night and the fan provided stopped working. Our room was directly outside a street light & the curtains & blinds didn’t close properly

Friendly staff spotlessly clean rooms...

Liked: Great location the place is really well run I was greeted really well and nothing was too much trouble Tony showed me my room went over everything and sorted parking out for me at the back of the pub All the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble The food was also excellent I have to say the rooms are superb tasteful and spotlessly clean and well equipped I’ll definitely return and recommend to anyone Thanks Steve

Liked: Fantastic place to stay. Perfect location, super friendly hosts and immaculate room. Would definitely go back.

Great staff, great drinks and...

Liked: The rooms were very bespoke and immaculate. It was more like a boutique hotel and we had a family room which was huge.
Disliked: The only downside was the pubs toilets as they weren’t very accommodating in terms of clean. The radiator in the ladies was disgusting and on entering the middle toilet there was extrament on the seat

Disliked: We were lucky to be able to park on the premises but the property really cannot be considered to provide parking as there were only 2 spaces.
