Liked: A good full English breakfast and hot as freshly prepared, the manager was very pleasant and helpful.

Well worth a visit

Liked: Easy to access and in a great location, room was spacious, modern and very clean. All staff were welcoming and will definitely stay again

Worthwhile and enjoyable stay.

Liked: Everything was brilliant. We had a lovely clean big room with a very nice bathroom. Wi-Fi was good, tv, tea making facilities, including biscuits, coffee machine, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. We were worried about it being noisy but it was quiet and very comfortable.Bar facilities were also good with very reasonably priced drinks with real ale on offer. Breakfast was cooked to order and the host was happy to accommodate specific requests. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.
Disliked: Nothing.

What an inn/pub should be….imho!

Liked: I liked everything about the property: the landlord, the food, the room, the location. It is a well run place. Very professional. Really, the top of my list.
Disliked: Nothing

A very friendly Yorkshire stay.

Liked: The breakfast was amazing. The manager was very friendly. The hotel is placed in the centre of Ilkley.

Pleasant stay in the centre...

Liked: Pleasant room slap bang in the centre of town. Free parking on site. Popular pub with outside seating and several sheds too .A dog friendly venue and accommodation.
Disliked: It's entirely my fault, but I didn't notice until way into sniffing and wheezing throughout the night, they have quite smart down-filled pillows.
