Liked: Excellent location near the station , start if Dales Way walk in the centre of Ilkley . Very friendly staff and breakfast was filling and delicious .

Now we only stay at the BH and will continue to do so in future. Highly recommend!!

Best dog-friendly hotel

Liked: The location was central with ample parking on the main square at the back of the building. Amazing welcoming pack for our dog, which included, bed, water bowl, ball and treats. And the dog was allowed in the bar/restaurant for dinner as well as breakfast.

Liked: Nice rooms with modern ensuites. Coffee machine and a detailed information book available relating to your stay
Disliked: Prebooked table for evening meal at the time of booking. Also told staff who checked us in we had booked one. Came down at 6pm and no table and none had been reserved. Only fault with booking. Also you have to use public car park, unfortunately someone must have kicked my wing mirror cover off overnight . Fortunately i spotted it close by!

Disliked: The bar played loud music until 1 am then there was a lot of noise from people coming to their rooms and the churchbells started ringing at 9.30 with another hour gone cos clocks went forward.a very short nights sleep
