Overall, we had a great...

Liked: The Easter brunch was excellent and we enjoyed the bottle shop with evening music.
Disliked: On-site parking was an extra charge which seems odd.

Liked: Loved spending time in the lobby with live piano and then live guitars, also morning coffee with jazz
Disliked: Many many many stairs to room

Nice place, great location!

Liked: Lovely building (no elevator..,,,(not a big deal for us, but may preclude others). Clean and large rooms. Not much in the way of storage, but to be expected. Freindly and helpful staff. Only one blanket on the bed...grew cold at night. No soap in the cabinet under sink, so washing dishes difficult. Overall, will defintitely stay at the Bishop again.

Our dog was welcome, and...

Liked: Did not use the hotel breakfast. We enjoyed the wine and appetizers and music.
Disliked: We are in our late 70s, so access to room up 26 steps proved a little challenging.

Perfect location for a short...

Liked: Quaint, spacious and historic hotel with a nice cafe and bar. Great location close to downtown.
Disliked: Note that this hotel has very steep and lengthy stairs.
