Liked: Jonathan was lovely and super welcoming with lots of suggestions of great places to eat drink and visit around York. The room was lovely and clean and the decor throughout was very cool! We had a great stay and will be back!

Lovely hotel, would definitely stay...

Liked: Excellent communication before check-in. Booked for my partners birthday and they were very accomodating helping me arrange a small surprise for our arrival. Really welcoming, lovely room, super comfy bed and spotlessly clean. A lovely walk to/from York by the river, especially in better weather.
Disliked: Nothing not to like.
