Beautiful boutique hotel in Bath--great...

Liked: A cute boutique hotel with a quirky lobby. We stayed with our dog and they were very accommodating, and provided the dog bed and a treat box for the furry guest. Doug at check-in was very friendly, and made sure we were comfortable. This is a good hotel for dog owners as there are 2 parks not far away for nice walkies. Shower was good with ample hot water and strong water pressure.
Disliked: Room was a little small. Parking spaces are quite tight for bigger cars, especially around the back of the hotel. It is a little walk away from Bath centre but not too far at all.

Liked: Clean, cosy room. Easy to park. The snacks and evening meal tasty and enjoyable. Suggest having sandwiches available lunchtime. Staff friendly and helpful. Overall stay very relaxed

Fabulous!

Liked: Exquisite place at a perfect location. Almost all of the must-see landmarks in Bath are only a short walk away. Breakfast was delicious and the room perfectly clean, very comfortable bed, four fluffy pillows and fluffy soft towels. I would definitely visit again. The staff were lovely as well.

Good location but not value...

Liked: Felt let down by the small size of the room and the bathroom was tired with dirty and missing grout. There was no window near the bed so it felt unappealing to spend any time there. The restaurant area had decor that was a shock to eye. The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the location was excellent.
