Suited us very well, ideal...

Liked: The breakfasts were perfect, everything you could wish for..
Disliked: We should have asked for a ground floor room, as we had difficulty with the stairs...the shower was hard to turn on, otherwise perfect..

Good value for Money stay

Liked: Very good value for money, spacious bedrooms, nice bathrooms, plenty of towels etc. Easy parking. And windows opened plus we had aircooling fans....we did not use any ojyer facilities like the bar or restaurant or breakfast. I would stay here again.

Good

Liked: Decor a little dated but room was clean and a good breakfast. Staff friendly. We chose it for the location whilst visiting friends nearby.

Uncomfortable night

Liked: Breakfast was good lots of variety.
Disliked: We were in the accessibility room. The bed was uncomfortable. The room was far to lights at night. Had a very disturbed. Night due to sounds from the front desk including music and telephones ringing I'm unsure if the bath would be suitable for a wheelchair user due to its height. However this is my opinion.

Comfortable and Friendly stay

Liked: Having a less able partner with me the team did all they could to facilitate our stay As they have no lift we were in a ground floor room with over bath shower. But for only 2 nights we managed Friendly staff and good food and access to bar made for a relaxing stay. Lots of parking
Disliked: Ground Floor accessible rooms would be a good addition to the hotel

Perfect for visiting family nearby

Liked: Friendly team of staff, easy to access good parking and range of bar food as I didn’t want to sit in restaurant

Mixed thoughts . About two...

Liked: First of all, we stayed three nights in this room, 204 ,which was small compact, but had everything you needed, and the bed was very comfortable . bathroom was clean and spacious. we also stayed an extra night in a different room, 101 which was not so good. It was an accessibility room which was at the front of the hotel. The beds were twins one had a mattress topper the other didn't. if you didn't have a back ache before you went to bed you did when you got up. it was also a very light room. It never got dark. There were noises , you could hear music telephones, and some form of shuffling around ,all night an exceptionally disturbed night.
Disliked: Second room room101.One Bed was very uncomfortable .The room never got dark, even with the curtains drawnSounds from reception, including telephone, music and noises All nightNot a comfortable roomIn my opinion, if you had mobility issues, you would never be able to get into the bath to have a shower, but that is only my opinion
