Liked: Very friendly staff and very clean
Disliked: Bed was a bit small for me but was fine

Quiet, comfortable, and good value

Liked: Quiet, comfortable, and good value with a decent restaurant. It is about 30 minute's walk from the HH train station, but parking is easy if you are driving.
Disliked: As usual in the UK there was no grab bar in the shower. I'm amazed the insurers don't insist on it. I expect it so bring a portable version.

Liked: Comfortable room. Plenty of parking. Good choice at breakfast
Disliked: The service in the bistro was somewhere between non-existent and dire. Given the hotel was pretty empty it would have been nice to be allocated a room that didn’t look straight out on to a brick wall
