Complete let down

Disliked: We paid for accommodation at this place - when we got there it was all locked up and no way to get in there - we are looking for a full refund please Can you please arrange for a full refund immediately

Liked: Surprised the hotel was closed when we got there but met the owners the next day who explained it was being run on a bnb basis

Disliked: Very basic bedroomShower room was extremely poor and unclean

Liked: Lots of empty spaces on the car cark.
Disliked: This was not what I was expecting.This is a room above a deserted pub. The pub has closed down - NO bar, NO restaurant and no people. When I came to check-in there was a phone number to call to get a key code for the room. I was the only person in a deserted building in the middle of no where. It didn't feel safe. I didn't stay more than 5 minutes and this cost me £203 - No Refund

Liked: The practicality of the location, cleanliness of the rooms and staff were very friendly and accommodating
Disliked: Not that it's a deal breaker but there is no shampoo and shower gel provided, if planning to stay please ensure you bring it along
