Fab place but avoid 414...

Liked: Love the location, ambience and facilities
Disliked: In loft suite 414 - the loft suites are great this one is at the end and with a lovely sea view however lots of seagulls outside windows so woken at 5:30 every morning

Scruffy English dumbed down stay…great...

Liked: Location and dog friendly
Disliked: Useless breakfast and disinterested staff at breakfast ( catching up on social media I think) Some staff really good though

Homely , wonderful and relaxing...

Liked: Clean , modern, cosy, luxury, value, location.
Disliked: Windows wood noise loud outside for sleeping seagulls.Offering coffee in rooms however machine didn’t work.

Lovely one night stay would...

Liked: Nice property Excellant location, rooms were nice clean and comfortable, could use minor touching up and tlc but we were happy.Wasn’t a full sea view but still pleasant Gentleman on reception lovely and welcoming all other guests very nice.Good food in the evening. Lovely that it’s all dog friendly
Disliked: The staff at breakfast didn’t even acknowledge us, never mind explain the breakfast set up to us, luckily a guest at a near by table pointed things out to us, as we had been sat at the table like fools waiting to be served not realising it was self service!
