Location location
Liked: Superb location. The family room was in the basement with a separate entrance, lovely well appointed double room but pulling out the sofa bed in the narrow hallway blocked access to the front door. There seemed to be another pull-out bed near the bathroom which would have been more practical, but it was not made up.
Disliked: The drainpipes from rooms upstairs gurgle loudly in the basement! Breakfast was a little strange, an odd range of food that felt incomplete.

I regret I couldn’t stay...
Liked: The location was everything! But then again the breakfast was amazing! OK, it was the charming room, the room that was the best. Or maybe it was the amazing people… 😃

Always great, repeat customers. Dog...
Liked: Repeat customers, great location & views. Free parking, coffee & cake, nice room & facilities.
Disliked: Breakfast option on hot food could be better for £16. I like hot food personal preference.

Nice hotel with lovely staff....
Liked: Location great. Staff very friendly and professional. Loved the idea of the on site cinema n the dog grooming n bike facilities downstairs. Also think it’s lovely that dogs are allowed everywhere in the hotel
Disliked: Breakfast very mediocre. Ate out on the second morning. Also disappointed by all the bird poo at the entrance to out suite(room2) I know this cannot be avoided due to the many seagulls but all other entrances to hotel were clean and I’m sure it wouldn’t take a member of staff too long to hose down the entrance to one room.
