Liked: Brilliant hotel in a convenient place, room amenities were nice and we managed to secure an early check in which was brilliant!

Disliked: The staff cleaning the rooms. Didn't replace flannels and were generally lazy with making up the room. For example my daughter's socks were under the bed after they had tidied.

Disliked: The greeting from the male receptionist was rude, no eye contact and abrupt manner wasn’t a great start to our stay

Disliked: Second time staying here. Absolutely awful will not be back again. First time no issue. Second time dreadful stayed for 2 nights and couldn’t sleep was banging all night in the hotel people running up and down corridors staff didn’t let us change rooms and other customers also complained about the same issue. Absolutely dreadful will never be back and would suggest anyone going take ear plugs. Even the hotel staff didn’t have any ear plugs and all you could hear is thud thud thud until 3am every morning.
