Disliked: Shower was scalding hot regardless of the temperature handle moving. Tried it for 30 mins then took a shower in my friends room instead. Management were not helpful and no money was refunded for the inconvenience

First class very impressed would...

Liked: Exceptional high quality very clean well presented from the first impression on arrival I was very happy very polite staff well presented nothing was too much trouble for them we were even given an upgrade without asking on arrival very impressed with rooms very clean fresh bedding and towels every day teas and coffee refilled breakfast and evening meals first class food can’t fault in any way and not over priced
Disliked: Cleanliness friendly good location close to beach and family entertainment and shops
