Very good
Liked: Hotel was well very clean amd comfortableBed was comfortablePlenty of storageWell provided with linen.Room service very hood
Disliked: I was staying with my 2 year old grandaughter, i entered and exited many times over my 3 day stay and found varying staff on reception did not acknowledge our presence. The only staff i found to be interactive was girl i spoke to when ordering room service and housekeeping in morning. When i arrived, i had luggage and a buggy and had to navigate opening the door by myself with my grandaughtet with no offer of help from gentleman on reception that day.Otherwise hotel itself has no fault.Food was very good and presented well from rolm service.

Very good
Liked: Hotel is lovely. Facilities are great. Food in the restaurant we couldn't fault. All the staff were welcoming, very friendly and happy to chat with us. Our suite was really nicely decorated, very clean, lots of little extras from toiletries to slippers, and dressing gowns were provided. even a bottle of wine in the room on our arrival. It was worth every penny.
Disliked: There was only one thing that let our stay down I did nt raise it with the staff as we were only there for one night. Every so often you would get the whiff of a sewerage type smell it was not very pleasant it seemed to be coming from the bathroom area, pipes maybe? It was not a constant smell just every so often.

If Ryanair did hotels, this'll...
Liked: Location to Pleasure Beach. Spacious room.
Disliked: Car park fee. Considering the hotel is part of the Pleasure Beach, the car park fees are nothing short of a scam. £20 overnight via booking.com but runs out by noon, which is only 1 hour after Pleasure Beach opens, so you either have to find somewhere else to park or pay the EXTRA £10. £30 for 26 hours parking in Blackpool. You can buy a studio flat for not much more in that town! Breakfast. £18 each for a low-quality buffet. Fruit juices out of a machine and just a syrup blend. Coffee was also from a machine and dreadful. Sausages very cheap. It's at least £6 overpriced per person, and then £12 is pushing it. Jams were nice, though.Had a double gin and tonic at the bar. Over £14. Absolute rob.We ate from the bar menu the evening we were there. The burger and the carbonarra were really tasty, so credit where it's due.Hotel clean enough and nice enough and undoubtedly a lot better than many of the traditional B&B's, but really, I felt like the pricing on-site was beyond taking the mickey. I felt like a cash machine for the owners rather than a guest. Fleeced at every turn. It'd be more honest if they just took your wallet at check-in, removed your cash and credit cards, then sent you away. As they say; "At least Dick Turpin wore a mask when he robbed you!"Location was great for Pleasure Beach, obviously, but I'd recommend just doing a bit more research near to it as I suspect you can get MUCH better value within just a couple of hundred metres.

Very good
Disliked: Overall a good stay but things to improve on for sure. The evening meal took far too long.Only ordered a Caesar Salad with fries but it took nearly an hour and I had to chase twice for it. I nearly gave up and went to my room.Shame because the rest of the hotel is good. It looked like the restaurant could not cope with the number of people in, however it didn't seem that busy. To be fair the waiter did explain they had a late influx of people but the 50 minute wait was far too long.
