Nice hotel but wanted two beds - not available.

Disliked: I was unable to get a room with 2 beds so we had to book another room that day. It ended up costing double for us and our friends.

Disliked: No one told me that I got free lattes $30 a day and I paid a lot for lattes across the street at the French restaurant

A great stay in Portland

Liked: The hotel was nice, clean and in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere that we wanted to go. I loved the hot apple cider in the lobby in the evening. The staff were super friendly and helpful with suggestions for things to do and directions. The customer service was some of the best I’ve had at a hotel and I travel quite a bit.
Disliked: The restaurant has a very limited menu and the food wasn’t great.

Liked: We liked the friendly staff, the location, and the comfort of the rooms and bed. The hotel is central to many good restaurants in downtown Portland.
Disliked: We have nothing negative to say about the hotel.
