Nice hotel but wanted two beds - not available.

Disliked: I was unable to get a room with 2 beds so we had to book another room that day. It ended up costing double for us and our friends.

Disliked: - but probably thin wall, I could hear next door party at night but didn’t wanna call front desk because I was afraid they would know that I call

Liked: Front desk and valet staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is nice and clean. Cool views of Portland City.
Disliked: Didn't like that we could only get the AC to go down to 18.5 C (65 F) - we typically sleep in 14-16 C (58-61). We asked for a fan, but it was still too warm to sleep comfortably in. Would like more climate control. The wifi was pretty slow and blocked all the hockey streaming websites we tried. We called the wifi service number and they said they don't block sites so not sure what happened there but disappointing to not see our team the day we checked in.Didn't know we had to ask for more coffee. When they brought the coffee later, they didn't replenish the creamer or sugar though. Also, we had no soap in our dispensers for the first morning shower (didn't realize the dispenser was empty until fully in the shower). Parking VERY expensive. We self parked and the staff were helpful with where to go though.

Liked: It's located in a great spot, I was able to get an uber inside of 5 minutes every time. Staff was great, room was clean, bed was comfortable....thank you for an excellent stay.
