A delightful place to stay...

Liked: Didn't have breakfast there - the location was really good.
Disliked: No suggestions - all good.

Virtualy no facilities. tiny rooms...

Liked: Convenient location, everything else was okay but not no more than that.
Disliked: There were very few facilities, with restaurant closed, no coffee in room, and the small coffe bar not open in the morning for breakfast, or anything else. The obliging receptionist made us a coffee whilst we waited for a Taxi! The rooms and public areas were tiny. Maintenance was poor, with door hanging off the bathroom and a see through panel in front of the toilet! This was our most expensive room on our three week Canadian trip, but the standard fell well below every other place we stayed.

Excellent birthday weekend with my...

Liked: It was the perfect location. The rooms were small but fine, just didn?t like hearing the people next door for hrs. The walls are a bit thin esp with people running down hallways or getting intimate. Overall a great time and great stay.
Disliked: Could have been better if they offered a deal to park across the street.

Liked: modern decor and bathroom. Located in the heart of Toronto and within walking distance of everything. I appreciated the late checkout time.
Disliked: Small rooms. Ok for me as I was alone so I could put my bags beside the bed on the floor.

Overall good!

Liked: The location was amazing
Disliked: I really did not like the fact that the rooms had no windows to open. Also, for the price I expected a tea/coffee station within the rooms.

Liked: Location was good near the CN Tower and good bus and tram links. Subway close by as well.Reception staff very pleasant and helpful.Bed comfortable and a good powerful shower.Room was quite small but clean and the charge for the room wasn?t expensive so it was ok and we only stayed for 2 nights. Good for a short break.
Disliked: The door to the shower and toilet didn?t close properly so it wasn?t very private. I was with my daughter so it was ok for us. Overall though it was ok and we would stay there again.

Great room to crash in...

Liked: The location is great- only 20 min walk from union station so perfect for a first night after a long flight. Great breakfast & shopping options in the area. Comfy bed and warm shower. Not much natural light made it easier to adjust to jet lag.
Disliked: The room is SMALL- fine for a night or two, but not for much longer than that. That said, it's a great place to crash. Some wont like the lack of windows.
