Very good

Liked: Everything worked in the room. Very clean and well maintained facility. Access code worked. Small but efficiently appointed room. Met my needs. Good shower. Convenient location on busy business street. Access to public transit.
Disliked: Check-in at 4 pm is too late. Better at 3 pm or even 2 pm. No staff on premises in the afternoon. No place to store luggage if one arrived before check-in. Who do you contact if there is a problem? Stairs without an elevator is a problem for seniors or those with limitations. Don't come with lots of luggage.

The location on Queen West...

Liked: We had a great stay at The Beverley Hotel Queen West, Sonder by Marriott Bonvoy. The location on Queen West is unbeatable, and our room was spacious with a great view, a comfy bed and sofa, and a large bathroom. The rooftop terrace was a cute bonus! While there’s no staff onsite, the self-check-in process was smooth and the instructions were clear. Would definitely stay again.

Disappointing

Liked: It was easy to check in - I was sent a code and I could use that to access both the building and my room. I prefer that to carrying a key around. The upstairs balcony area was quite nice too.
Disliked: Unfortunately, to have the room serviced at all required a charge, which was not ideal as I was staying there for a week. There were ants in my bathroom. The lack of reception was a shame as I had flown in from abroad and could have used some help upon arriving. I believe a bar in the upstairs balcony area was advertised but it wasn't staffed at all in the week I was there, and smoking is also not allowed up there. Rooms are very small.

Superb

Liked: The room is clean. Everything is in the app. So many stores around the area
Disliked: Shower doesn't have an anti-slip mat

I enjoyed my stay and...

Liked: Loved the location, the cleanliness of the room, and the cute rooftop. Also loved the unexpected mini fridge and coffee and tea makers.
Disliked: It was kind of expensive for such a small room.

Liked: The location is excellent. The cleanliness and facilities are adequate and in good condition. Everything is functional. I liked the key system and the access solely through the use of the application.
Disliked: At the beginning, it was not very clear that there was no front desk and that there is no elevator. Nothing critical.

Incredibly tiny for the price.

Liked: It was clean, great location.
Disliked: It’s incredibly small. The sink is in the room, outside de washroom. It’s so tiny that I could literally hear everything that my partner was doing in the bathroom. For the price, it’s just too small. There is no reception or parking lot.
