Liked: Staff pleasant and helpful
Disliked: The room was like a cupboard, there was little privacy between bathroom and bedroom. It was very noisy in the evening with people running up and down the stairs.

We quite enjoyable.
Liked: The convenience of the location. I was attending a wedding blocks away. Walking distance. Queen St offers a lot of choice.
Disliked: A lack of a cafe or restaurant.

Cozy hotel for the road...
Liked: Location is great. Room was clean and modern. All amenities (AC, wifi, TV, etc) work great.
Disliked: Rooms are very small. No windows.

Terrible. Never again.
Disliked: After travelling the world and staying in hundreds of hotels, this is the first negative review I?ve ever written. Very disappointed with my experience. The shower was dirty with orange mould / bacteria in the cracks and grouting. The plug mechanism in sink was broken on arrival and also dirty. The toilet seat was loose and moves a significant amount from side to side. The curtains were not connected to the end of the rod, and as a result when you tried to close them to the middle, they just opened at the ends. The pillows were terrible to sleep on, and to top it off I was woken early by the construction noise outside. On arrival, I asked the staff member what was the latest time was I could check-out. He advised me that I could check-out at 1pm. I confirmed this again with him and he told me I could check-our at 1pm. Despite this conversation, at about 12pm I get a call from the same guy on the from desk saying ?hello, this is the front desk, hotel policy states that guests must check out by 12pm.? To top it off, the hotel has the worlds lowest elevator. I?ve never seen anything like it . I contacted management and advised them of my experience and requested a partial refund, even if it was just to be reduced to the lowest room rate that was advertised that day. I was offered 20% discount and a free drink for a return stay and advised that they could not issue a refund. I will definitely not be returning for a second chance of a terrible experience so a reduced rate for a second stay is pointless.

Modern hotel but overpriced for...
Liked: No breakfast. Shower was nice
Disliked: I expected the room to be small, but not this small. Bed was too short. I'm not tall, but my feet hung over the end of the bed. Very uncomfortable.

Liked: Nice location, very nice staff. Clean and stylish rooms.
Disliked: The double room was so small that we couldn't even open one suitcase, let alone two. This was not in balance with the price that we had the pay for the room.
