Great location staff and room

Liked: Great location 4 min walk from Victoria station. Staff were very helpful. Room and facility were very clean and comfortable with AC.
Disliked: This is a historic building and has narrow stairs to the ground floor rooms so keep this in mind when booking.

Over priced and under delivered

Liked: The tv was a good size
Disliked: The smell of raw sewage that was coming up from the shower. We spoke to the staff on arrival who sent up a maintenance man. He left saying, if it continues to smell, to put the extractor fan on. We went out for the evening and when we returned, the smell was so horrific that we had to bung the shower and sink up with towels. Again, we told the staff who apologised but said there was nothing they could do but they’d tell the maintenance team before the next guests came. The carpet was damp and sticky, the room and bathroom wasn’t clean enough and the air con didn’t work properly.

Liked: The hotel exceeded expectations, it was perfect, the room was lovely and exceptionally clean and tidy, the staff were really friendly and an excellent location. I would definitely give this hotel and the staff 20/10, if I could, I would defiantly come back again
